Asylum '88 '23 Demos
Demo Recordings from 1988, Remastered in 2023
This a collection of demo songs recorded when working on the “A Matter of Time” album while deciding which tracks would go on the album. While these tracks were recorded without the benefit of a full studio, they are solid performances of these songs the band didn't want to be forgotten. In 2023 these songs were found on the source tape which was originally recorded in 1988, and Roney and Fitzpatrick took them into Audio Voyage Studio and worked with Engineer Brad Barth to remaster the tracks. In the process, Roney added a few rhythm guitar tracks, and Fitzpatrick added some backing vocals - hence the album title.
Tracks: 1. She's From Outer Space 2. Ridin' High 3. Changes 4. Dream Away 5. A Matter of Time 6. Talk About Love 7. Only You 8. Rock-n-Roll Asylum
